Hijra Bank is looking for a qualified and experienced Branch Operation Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The role involves supervising operational staff, maintaining compliance, and enhancing customer service quality.
♥ Key Responsibilities
★Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations
★Ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
★Monitor compliance with bank policies and procedures
★Support branch management in achieving operational goals
★Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution
★Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
★Train and guide junior staff
★Ensure adherence to Sharia-compliant banking principles
♥ Required Qualifications
★Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
★Minimum of 4–6 years of banking experience
★Experience in branch operations or supervisory role is preferred
★Strong understanding of banking operations and procedures
★Knowledge of interest-free (Islamic) banking is an advantage
