Hijra Bank is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall branch performance, staff management, compliance, and achieving business targets.
♥Key Responsibilities
✍ Plan, organize, and manage overall branch operations
✍ Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff
✍ Drive business growth and achieve branch targets
✍ Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
✍ Monitor financial performance and prepare reports
✍ Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations
✍ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✍ Manage risks and ensure operational efficiency
✍ Promote Sharia-compliant banking services
♥ Required Qualifications
✍ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
✍ Minimum of 6–8 years of banking experience
✍ At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
✍ Strong leadership and team management skills
✍ Good understanding of banking operations and regulations
✍ Knowledge of Islamic banking principles is a plus
