Ethiopian Airlines is looking for qualified, energetic, and detail-oriented professionals to join its finance team as a Billing and Collection Officer. The Billing and Collection Officer will play a key role in handling customer billing processes, monitoring payments, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring smooth financial transactions across the organization.
❖ Key Responsibilities
✔Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
✔Monitor customer accounts and payment status
✔Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances
✔Maintain proper financial records and billing documentation
✔Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment issues
✔Support financial reporting and reconciliation activities
✔Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
❖ Required Qualifications
✔ BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Good understanding of billing and collection procedures
✔ Basic knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
