Zemene bank share campany is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Center Manager to lead and oversee daily branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
★ Key Responsibilities
✍Lead and manage all branch operations effectively
✍Develop strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
✍Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff
