As a Branch Manager I, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing overall branch operations
Driving business growth through customer acquisition and retention
Ensuring excellent customer service delivery
Supervising staff performance and development
Managing branch financial performance and profitability
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
♥ Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 6 years relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record in sales and business development
Good knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements
