VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of Hydrologist for Bishoftu International Airport Project Management office.
ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION: Hydrologist
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of BSc Degree in Civil Engineering/ Water Resources Engineering, or Hydrology with a Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrological modelling and design for large infrastructure or urban development projects.
Duties and responsibilities (Job Descriptions):
Review and assure the project’s hydrological studies, including watershed analysis, flood plain mapping, and drainage design criteria. Oversee the design and implementation of large-scale stormwater drainage systems, culverts, and water diversion schemes for the airfield and landside areas. Ensure designs comply with environmental and regulatory requirements related to water resources.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of BA Degree in Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management or any other related field from accredited College/university with minimum of 12 years’ experience out of which two years as Manager/ equivalent capacity in a big scale catering institute or 4/5-starhotel OR
MA Degree in Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management or any other related field from accredited College/university with minimum of 10 years’ experience out of which two years as Manager/ equivalent capacity at a big scale catering institute or 4/5-star hotel..
LANGUAGE
