The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that company facilities, equipment, and systems are functioning efficiently. The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting a safe and well-maintained working environment.
♥Key Responsibilities
★Perform regular inspection and maintenance of office buildings and equipment
★Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
★Ensure proper functioning of generators, HVAC systems, and other utilities
★Maintain maintenance records and reports
★Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies
★Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
♥Required Qualifications
★Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
★1–3 years of relevant work experience
★Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
