The Branch Manager Grade C is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, business growth, and compliance with banking policies. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
♦ Key Responsibilities
✔ Plan, organize, and manage branch operations effectively
✔ Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
✔ Drive business growth through deposit mobilization and loan services
✔ Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff
✔ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations
✔ Analyze branch performance and prepare reports
✔ Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
♦ Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
✔ Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience
