Ethio Telecom is inviting qualified and motivated campagners to apply for the position of National ID Registration Officer. This part plays a vital part in supporting Ethiopia’s digital transformation by facilitating the registration and verification process for the National ID (Fayda ID) system.
The successful candidates will work closely with communities to ensure accurate data collection, identity verification, and efficient service delivery.
♥ Key Responsibilities
✍Register citizens for the National ID system following official procedures
✍Capture biometric and demographic data accurately
✍Verify identity documents and ensure authenticity
✍Provide clear guidance to applicants during the registration process
✍Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
✍Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
✍Submit daily reports on registration activities

✍ Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Engineering, Business, or related fields
